This collaboration aims to integrate Starlink’s low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity into Com4’s managed services portfolio, offering enhanced flexibility and choice for IoT and enterprise deployments worldwide.
With the new agreement, Com4 will leverage Starlink’s global satellite network to deliver an integrated, managed service that combines LEO technology with LTE/5G connectivity, comprehensive data plans, installation, and on-site support across more than 70 countries. This service is backed by guaranteed service level agreements (SLAs) on uptime and speed, ensuring reliable and high-performance connectivity solutions for diverse applications.

The announcement follows a recent launch by Starlink of 23 communications satellites to low Earth orbit using SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket. Starlink boasts the world’s largest and most advanced satellite constellation, designed to deliver high-speed internet access almost anywhere on Earth, supporting activities such as streaming, online gaming, and video calls.
As Starlink continues to focus on quality of service, it has made significant improvements in reducing latency for users worldwide throughout 2024.
